Vinyasa/Yin Yoga

Enjoy a blend of both an active (yang) and
passive (yin) practice all in one yoga session! The first 45
minutes will focus on a Vinyasa flow series consisting of eclectic
sun salutations and strengthening and stabilizing standing poses
transitioning into the remaining 45 minutes on the floor in more
passive, long-held poses focusing on connective tissue in the
body, and then melting into Corpse pose. A decadent way of
transitioning your day into evening!
