Our breath is many things.
It is our spirit in matter as well as our connection
or bridge between mind and body.
To meditate is to exercise our mind. It is our direct
link to our nervous system and to exercise our breath is to
exercise and bring balance to our nervous system. Learn
yogic breath work techniques that support meditation and
then practice them before a 20 minute silent meditation.
