Maria Luisi

Maria L. received her training for pre and post natal yoga instruction at Change, under Penni Thorpe and most recently with Jane Austin at Yoga Tree in San Francisco. Maria is grateful to have found Change during her pregnancy and appreciates the opportunity to serve the community of mothers and mothers-to-be. She is a proud momma of a curious and adventurous little yogi in training.
