This mantra loosely translated means, “May the Goddess of Compassion (Green Tara) grant all success and remove all fear”.

We have chanted this quite a bit at Yoga at Change over the years, mostly in postpartum and prenatal classes. Many of the yoga babes remember this song even if they haven't heard it in years.
