MeditationMeditation: Ancient Skills for Modern Minds
We offer several avenues for meditation practice.
time meditation is offered Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 12:15
- 12:45. In general, this is a 30 minute silent meditation. There is a
meditation leader who is there to start and end the mediation and
provide assistance and direction as needed.
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays from 12:15PM-12:45PM
