MeditationMeditation: Ancient Skills for Modern Minds
We offer several avenues for meditation practice.
Lunch time meditation is offered Tuesdays and Saturdays from 12:15 - 12:45. In general, this is a 30 minute silent meditation. There is a meditation leader who is there to start and end the mediation and provide assistance and direction as needed.
